1/2 cup (225 grams) honey
Pinch of ginger
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of ground pepper
Two slices of bread
Some pine nuts
1. Put the honey and spices in a saucepan. Ask an adult to put the pan on a low heat and stir for two minutes.
2. Toast the bread lightly on both sides. Now stick the pine nuts in each piece.
3. Ask an adult to pour the honey mixture over the toast and serve immediately.
