Dining Hall Stuffed Potatoes
Potatoes never tasted so good! Fill them with a delicious cheese filling for your dinner tonight.
Shopping List (for 4)
4 medium potatoes
4 oz. (100g) cheese
2 tomatoes
Butter or margarine
1 can of tuna
1/2 cucumber
1 tbsp (14.8 milliliters) mayonnaise

Chopping board
Mixing bowl, grater

1. Set the oven to 375 degrees F. (190 degrees C). Scrub the potatoes to get the dirt off. Put them on a baking pan and prick them with a fork. Cook the potatoes for about 1 hour.
2. To make a delicious cheese filling, grate some hard cheese and mix it with chopped tomato.
3. Try a mixture of tuna, chopped cucumber, and a spoonful of mayonnaise.
4. When the potatoes are cooked, cut each one in half and scoop out the inside. Mix the cooked potato with several pats of butter and add some filling. Pile the mix back into the skin. It's ready to eat!
