1. Sand the plywood an both sides and on the edges. 2. Glue your picture to the wood. Spread a thin layer of glue on the back of the picture. Then press the picture on the wood. Let the glue dry. 3. Draw the puzzle pieces on the back of the wood. For your first puzzle, make the pieces large and keep the shapes simple. 4. Place the wood in a vise with the puzzle pieces facing you. Slowly and carefully cut out the puzzle pieces with a coping saw. If you use a fine blade (one with more teeth per inch), you will be able to cut very sharp curves. 5. Sand the edges of the pieces.
