Get set, go! 1. Ask an adult to grind the almonds into tiny pieces, in the blender. Do the same with the walnuts. Keep the two types of nuts separate. 2. Wash the figs and slice off the ends. Roughly chop the fruit. 3. Put the figs, walnuts, and cardamom in the blender with a little water. Blend together, adding more water if the mixture is too sticky. 4. Spoon the mixture on to a clean work surface. Shape it into little balls. 5. Roll the balls first in honey and then in the chopped almonds. Now tuck in!
